 Returns & Exchanges



Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene regulations, opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange.


Returns may only be accepted if the product is:


  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received




 Damaged or Incorrect Items



If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.


Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.



 Shipping Address Responsibility



Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.



 Order Cancellations



Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
