Shipping & Returns — Inhale USA

Right of Withdrawal

Due to hygiene regulations, Inhale USA does not accept returns of used or opened fragrances.

Any items that are dirty, used, opened, or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

All return shipping costs and shipping risks are the responsibility of the customer.

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address (including missing apartment/unit numbers), Inhale USA is not responsible for lost packages and any reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Inhale USA is not responsible for lost packages caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

Order cancellations cannot be guaranteed as Inhale USA operates with an automated logistics system. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

In the event of damage, Inhale USA reserves the right to request photographic or video evidence of the damaged goods. If such evidence cannot be provided, Inhale USA is not liable for the damage.

Orders purchased with a discount or promotional code are non-refundable.
